DELGADO STUDENTS
A Delgado student must have completed at least 24 hours (of non-developmental courses) at Delgado and have a Delgado cumulative average of at least 2.5 to be eligible to cross-enroll at UNO. A Delgado student must have completed all developmental courses to be eligible to cross-enroll at SUNO. To cross-enroll, a Delgado student must complete the cross-enrollment form and have it signed by the student’s academic advisor and division dean. The student then presents this form along with his/her class schedule to the Office of the Registrar where the additional tuition for the UNO, SLU, SUNO or NCC courses will be added to the student’s bill. After the student has paid his/her tuition, the cross-enrollment form will be signed by the College Registrar. The signed cross-enrollment form must be taken to the UNO, SLU, SUNO or NCC Registrar’s office for processing. Students must call the respective institution directly for dates and time of cross-enrollment registration.
UNO/SUNO/SLU/NCC STUDENTS
Delgado Community College has entered into agreements so that students at each of these institutions may enroll in courses not offered at their home institution during the semester of the cross-enrollment. Students from UNO, SLU, SUNO or NCC interested in cross-enrolling at Delgado should contact the Registrar’s office at their institution to obtain the cross-enrollment form and specific procedures. Once the cross-enrollment form has been approved and signed by the institution’s Registrar, the students should then report to Delgado’s Office of the Registrar to begin the registration process. Students must submit the signed cross-enrollment form along with a copy of their “paid” tuition statement and a copy of their official or unofficial transcript for course prerequisite verification in the case where a requested cross-enrollment course requires the completion of a prerequisite course. Once the students have been registered at Delgado, they must proceed immediately to the Bursar’s office for payment. No fees other than the Student Service fee, Enterprise Resource Planning fee, and laboratory fees for specific courses will be charged at Delgado for these courses. UNO, SUNO, SLU or NCC students may register at Delgado during Delgado’s designated regular last chance registration dates, as listed in the Academic Calendar.
Students will not be permitted to register at Delgado during priority registration as a transfer student and later change their status to a cross-enroll student.
