May
- 27, Monday - Memorial Day holiday, College closed
- 31, Friday, 3 p.m. - Payment deadline for in person regular registration
June
- 2, Sunday, 12 noon - Online payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 3 - 4, Monday - Tuesday
- 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. - Late registration online
- 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. - Late registration in person
- 4, Tuesday - First day to use bookstore credit - books may be purchased using bookstore credit for students who are eligible if financial aid has been processed and authorized for at least 48 hours
- 5, Wednesday - CLASSES BEGIN
- 5 - 6, Wednesday - Thursday
- 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. - Late registration, drop/add online
- 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Late registration, drop/add in person
- 6, Thursday, 6 p.m. - Final date to register, add courses, change sections, change from credit to audit, or audit to credit / Last date for admission to the College for Session
- 9, Sunday, 12 noon - Online payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 10 - 13, Monday - Thursday, 8 p.m. - Nightly payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 11, Tuesday - Deadline for 100% tuition adjustment
- 12, Wednesday - Last day to use bookstore credit
- 17, Monday - Census Day
- Last date to drop without “W” on student transcripts 12 noon in person and 4:30 p.m. online
- Deadline for 50% tuition adjustment - after this date, no adjustments are given - students are responsible for full tuition and fee rates after this date, regardless or withdrawal or attendance
- 2 p.m. – Final Payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 25, Tuesday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of midterm exams
July
- 1, Monday - End of midterm exams
- 3, Wednesday, 1 p.m. - Midterm grading period ends / Final day for completion of non-traditional credit
- 4, Thursday - Independence Day holiday, no classes
- 9, Tuesday, 6 p.m. - Final day for dropping courses with a “W” or withdrawing from College
- 15, Monday - Final installment payment due
- 16, Tuesday, 6 p.m. - Last date for reinstatement to be processed in Registrar’s office
- 24, Wednesday - Last day of class
- 25, Thursday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of final exams
- 29 Monday, 11:59 p.m. - Final grades due for final exams given on Thursday, July 25
- 31, Wednesday - End of final exams / Final grades due at 11:59 p.m. for final exams given on Monday, July 29
August
- 1, Thursday - 1 p.m. - Final grading period ends; grade books due in divisional offices / 4:30 p.m. - End of Summer Session

- Through June 11 - 100%
- June 12 - 17 - 50%
- After June 17 - NONE
Summer 2019 Financial Aid Deadlines
- Monday, April 1 - 2018-2019 Financial Aid begins accepting Summer Financial Aid Applications - A Summer Financial Aid Application must be on file to receive summer financial aid. Continuing and transfer students may only receive the remaining amount of federal aid available for 18-19. Continuing students should not submit a SAP appeal until they violate the SAP Policy.
- Friday, May 3 - Priority FAFSA Deadline - FAFSA’s submitted by this date will be reviewed before first payment deadline.
- Friday, May 10 - Priority Financial Document Deadline - All documents submitted by this deadline will be considered for an award letter before first payment deadline.
- Tuesday, June 18 - First Financial Aid Disbursement - Refund process can take up to 14 business days to be received. Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering loans to first-time borrowers until 30 days after the start of classes.
- Monday, July 8 - First Disbursement for First-time Borrowers - Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be received.
- Thursday, July 11 - 2018-2019 Final Documents Deadline - All documents must be submitted by this date to be considered for Summer 2018 financial aid award. No documents will be accepted after this date for 18-19 processing.
- Monday, July 22 - Second Disbursement for Summer Loans - Department of Education Regulations require schools disburse all one semester loans in two disbursements.
