Articulation and Transfer Agreements

The Board of Regents for Louisiana Higher Education publishes an equivalency guide for all public higher education institutions in the state of Louisiana.  The Master Course Articulation Matrix is updated annually and provides information to make transfer to/from higher education institutions easier for students.  Beginning in 2009, as a result of Act 356, the Regents has published a Statewide Common Course Catalog.  Act 356 required a statewide common course numbering system “to facilitate program planning and the transfer of students and course credits between and among institutions.”  The Current Master Course Articulation Matrix and Statewide Common Course Catalog may be accessed at the following:

The College provides pathways for students to continue their education services through articulation arrangements with other colleges and universities.  Students wishing to transfer may access copies of the current agreements at the City Park Campus Transfer Center or from any Academic Division Counselor.  Transfer information is also published on the College’s website at Transfer Center.
