Summer 2025 Session

30, Friday, 12 noon - Payment deadline 1 - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted

2, Monday - First day to use bookstore credit - books may be purchased using bookstore voucher for students who are eligible if financial aid has been processed and authorized for at least 48 hours
4, Wednesday - Classes begin / Late registration begins
5, Thursday,
- Deadline for 100% tuition adjustment
- Last day to opt-out of First Day Books
- 12 noon - Payment deadline 2 - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 6 p.m. - Late registration ends / Final date to register, add courses, change sections, change from credit to audit, or audit to credit / Last date for admission to the College for Session
9, Monday - Last day to use bookstore credit
12, Thursday, 12 noon - Payment deadline 3 - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
16, Monday
- Census Day
- Last date to drop without “W” on student transcripts by 12 noon in person and 4:30 p.m. online
- Deadline for 50% tuition adjustment
24, Tuesday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of midterm exams
30, Monday - End of midterm exams

2, Wednesday, 1 p.m. - Midterm grading period ends
14, Monday - Final day for dropping courses with a “W” or withdrawing from College by 6 p.m. in person and 12 midnight online
16, Wednesday, 6 p.m. - Last date for reinstatement to be processed in Registrar’s office
22, Tuesday - Last day of class / Final day for completion of Prior Learning Assessment Credits for session - 6 p.m.
23, Wednesday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of final exams
24, Thursday, 11:59 p.m. - Final grades due for final exams given on Wednesday, July 23
28, Monday - End of final exams / Final grades due at 11:59 p.m. for final exams given on Thursday, July 24 / End of Summer Session for students
30, Wednesday
- 1 p.m. - Final grading period ends / All final grades due / Grade books due in divisional offices
- 4:30 p.m. - End of Summer Session for faculty

- Classes begin

The Financial Aid Summer Payment Period includes MaySession and Summer Session.

Tuesday, June 17, 2025 - Pell Recalculation Date (PRD) for Regular Summer Session - Delgado disburses Pell Grant to students based on the number of credit hours the student is actively participating in (enrollment status) as of the PRD.
Thursday, July 17, 2025 - Final Deadline for SAP APPEALS and LOAN REVISIONS for Summer 2025
