- 10 – 11, Monday - Tuesday - College Convocation for faculty and staff
- 10, Monday, 12 noon - Payment deadline 1 - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 11, Tuesday - First day to use bookstore credit - books may be purchased using bookstore voucher for students who are eligible if financial aid has been processed and authorized for at least 48 hours
- 17, Monday - Classes begin / Late registration begins
- 21, Friday
- 4:30p.m. - Late registration ends / Final day to add courses, change sections, change from credit to audit or audit to credit

FAFSA Deadlines
- July 1, 2026 – Fall 2026 Priority Deadline for FAFSA (2026–2027 FAFSA)
Pell Recalculation Dates (PRD)
- September 3, 2026 – Pell Recalculation Date (PRD) for Regular Term and 8-Week Session 1
- September 22, 2026 – Pell Recalculation Date (PRD) for 12-Week Session
- October 20, 2026 – Pell Recalculation Date (PRD) for 8-Week Session 2
Pell Grant awards are based on the number of credit hours in which a student is actively participating (enrollment status) as of the Pell Recalculation Date.
Financial Aid Document and SAP Appeal Deadlines (Fall 2026)
- August 7, 2026 – Priority Deadline for submission of financial aid documents and SAP appeals for Regular Term and 8-Week Session 1
- September 4, 2026 – Priority Deadline for submission of financial aid documents and SAP appeals for 12-Week Session
- October 2, 2026 – Priority Deadline for submission of financial aid documents and SAP appeals for 8-Week Session 2
Final SAP Appeal Deadlines
- September 18, 2026 – Final deadline for SAP appeals and loan revisions for 8-Week Session 1
- November 13, 2026 – Final deadline for SAP appeals and loan revisions for Regular Term, 12-Week Session, and 8-Week Session 2
Appeals submitted after the applicable priority deadline will not be reviewed until after classes have begun. Students submitting late appeals are responsible for registering for classes and paying any outstanding balance, as approval is not guaranteed.
FAFSA applications and verification documents received after the priority deadline, or files that remain incomplete, will not be processed as priority applications. Students must make payment arrangements to secure their classes by the published payment deadline. Eligible students who meet the priority deadline will have their financial aid awards available for review via LOLA (https://my.lctcs.edu/cp/home/displaylogin).
