ADOT 231 - Customer Service Help Desk3-0-3 Information technology support techniques and tools. Students learn to respond to problems that arise in the use of computers in the workplace. Students will use and assess technologies that support help desk tasks; and they will address technical support issues in solving problems of computer users as customers. Training and documentation are also covered. Prerequisite(s): Eligibility for ENGL-101.
