DIET 101 - Introduction to Nutrition and Dietetics2-4-3 Introduces the student to a career in Nutrition and Dietetics. It includes basic terminology, the role of a dietetic technician, the role of a Registered Dietitian, and basic concepts of clinical nutrition, community nutrition and food service management. Prerequisite(s): Eligibility for ENGL-101 and MATH-118.
