ENGL 060 - Basic Composition

Focuses on the development of writing skills, especially grammar and mechanics, and using Standard English to create effective sentences and paragraphs. This is a five hour skills improvement course that is similar in content to ENGL 061 and may not be used as credit towards an associate degree or certificate program. Prerequisite(s): COMPASS Placement Test Score of 1-10.
