NURS 117 - Pharmacology I

Introduces the learner to the basic concepts related to pharmacology and the nurse’s role in the safe administration of medications. Pharmacodynamics, drug classifications and drug calculations are included. Prerequisite(s): “C” or better in: ENGL 101 and, MATH 120 or MATH 128 or MATH 130, and BIOL 251 and BIOL 253.
