BUSL 250 - Legal Environment of Business

Overview of the nature and function of law and legal institutions in society, with emphasis on those areas of law most relevant to business operations. Topics include: the court systems, torts, administrative agencies, business organizations, contracts, labor law, bankruptcy, and environmental law. Prerequisite(s): BUSG 115 OR BUSG 129 OR BUSL 202.
