MANG 224 - Supervision3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours Analyzes the processes and structures to prepare students to become supervisors in modern organizations. Topics of study include modern supervision challenges, functions of the supervisor, and skills of the supervisor. Additional emphasis is placed on the acquisition and development of supervisory skills in the workplace to include such skills as ethics, teamwork, diversity, goals, change, conflict, communication, motivation, leadership, and decision-making.
