PAST 204 - Specialty Decoration and Showpiece Design1 lecture hour, 4 lab hours, 2 credit hours Comprehensive study of products available to the pastry/baking industry. Design, fabricate, support, and set-up of showpieces, amenities, and displays. Includes the mediums of cookie and bread dough, marzipan, gum paste, cocoa painting, royal icing, sugar, fondant, chocolate work, and candies. Prerequisite(s): PAST 103. Course/Lab Fee $75
