NURS 245 - Clinical PracticumNo lecture hours, 9 lab hours, 1 credit hour Application aspects of nursing. Synthesizing the concepts of nursing, persons as patients, health, environment, the designated concepts and mandates of the curriculum, the learner will provide care to individuals and groups of patients in varying health care settings and demonstrate competencies in patient-centered care, collaboration, quality improvement, informatics, evidence-based practice and safety. Prerequisite(s): “C” or higher in: NURS 220, NURS 225, NURS 223, NURS 235, and Humanities or Fine Arts Requirement (3 credit hours).
