CMIN 248 - Computer Forensics and Cyber Crime

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
Types of computer and cyber-crime and ways in which to uncover, protect, exploit, and document digital evidence. Students will be taught different types of tools (both software and hardware), techniques and procedure, and be able to use them to perform rudimentary forensic investigations. Prerequisite(s): CMIN 204 and one of the following: CMIN 219 or CNET 157. Course/Lab Fee $15
