PAST 233 - Pastry InternshipNo lecture hours, 40 lab hours, 2 credit hours Supervised training in the baking and pastry arts in an approved restaurant, bakery, or related facility. Practical application of skills as part of a multi-faceted learning environment where auditory, visual, and kinesthetic methods of learning are used by the student.
