ELET 260 - Instrumentation and Control Systems

3 lecture hours, 3 lab hours, 4 credit hours
Theory and operation of transducers for measurement of pressure, flow, level, and temperature. Students will analyze common electrical and mechanical devices used in automation.  Covers automatic process controls including On-Off and Proportional/Integral/Derivative (PID), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) operation and programming. Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor. Course/Lab Fee $25
