PHAR 116 - Pharmacy Math I

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
An introduction to basic math skills necessary for dosage calculations. Topics include pharmacy business math: turnover, par levels, profit and loss, discounts, handling money, overhead, and extemporaneous computations and costing. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance in the Pharmacy Technician program.
