HEIT 103 - Basic Medical Coding I

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
Basic concepts of medical coding of diseases using the latest edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Prerequisite(s): HESC 111 and HEIT 203 and one of the following course pairs: BIOL 251 and BIOL 253 or BIOL 161 and BIOL 163. Course/Lab Fee $15
