ELEC 210 - Journeyman Electrical Exam Preparation3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours Test taking strategies for the Journeyman Electrician Exam as well as a review of the National Electric Code (NEC), code calculations, branch circuits, conduit/ box fill calculations, conductors, wiring methods, and other content to assist students in obtaining Journeyman status in the electrical industry. Prerequisite(s): ELEC 102, ELEC 103, ELEC 112, ELEC 120, ELEC 123, ELEC 124, ELEC 131, ELEC 133, ELEC 141, and TECH 101 (completion of the Residential CTS program) or 3 years documented experience as a trade electrician. Corequisite(s): ELEC 120, ELEC 133, and ELEC 141 or 3 years documented experience as a trade electrician.
