ELST 148 - Solid State Electronics

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
Basic theories and components of solid-state electronics. Experiments will be demonstrated to enforce these theories. Circuit applications and characteristics of basic transistor circuits will be discussed along with exposure to digital and logical circuits. FET, MOSFET, and IC board will be explained. Prerequisite(s): ELST 103 and ELST 104.
