Introductory course in the field of management. This course is designed to provide students an overview of the management function and its role in organization and society. This course focuses on the management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, and how these functions are impacted by domestic and global environmental factors. The fundamentals of management theories and methodologies are appplied to current management situations.
