MANG 226 - Organizational Leadership

Provides a foundational understanding of the interrelation of the numerous historical and contemporary theories of leadership. This course will help students develop their full potential as leaders. Leadership development areas may include: the power of vision, the importance of ethics, the empowerment of people, leadership principles and theories, understanding people, developing others, and performance management.
