MANG 275 - Project Management

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
Teaches the principles of project management, team building, and facilitation. Focus is on project planning, scheduling, and controlling of both projects and budgets through completion. This course covers the process of building and facilitating effective teams in the workforce. This course includes using software packages designed to manage projects. This capstone course reinforces and builds upon the skills and knowledge students have learned in all of the various disciplines within the business curriculum. It is recommended that students take this course in their final semester. Prerequisite(s): ACCT 205, BUSG 224, BUSG 240, and MANG 201.
