CMIN 275 - Agile Project Management

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
Breaking large projects into manageable tasks using the core concepts of Agile.  Topics include agile manifesto, project vision creation, product roadmap creation, product/project development, user role identification, and user story writing.  Recommended for students seeking management and collaborative roles in the STEM project development.  Prerequisite(s): CMIN 204. Course/Lab Fee $15
