CAREER AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

DIVISION: ALLIED HEALTH

The Dietary Manager Certificate program provides graduates the knowledge and practical expertise regarding the study of food, nutrition, and dietary science. Graduates will be prepared to test for certification administered by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) to be designated as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).

Required Courses in Major

Required grade of “C” or higher.
