CAREER AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

SCHOOL OF BUSINESS

The Certificate in Real Estate Sales Agent program prepares students for the State of Louisiana Real Estate Licensing Examination and subsequent employment as a real estate sales agent. To be eligible to take the licensing examination, a student must complete ninety (90) contact hours of approved coursework covering pertinent information in the real estate industry.

The College also offers an Associate of Applied Science degree program, with a concentration in Real Estate; and, a Certificate of Technical Studies program in Real Estate Professional. Learn more about these programs:

Student Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of the Real Estate Sales Agent Certificate program, the learner will be able to:

Explain advanced real estate concepts (SLO #1)
Identify legal issues of real estate law in Louisiana
