The Computer Networking and Cyber Security Program provides entry-level students and experienced computer professionals the skills necessary to work on and with computer networks. Design, installation, repair, administration, management, and operation of networks are the primary focus of the program with an emphasis on the flexibility to adapt network technology to the needs of any company, research facility, or educational institution.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of the Computer Networking and Cyber Security Associate of Applied Science program, the learner will be able to:
- Use critical thinking techniques, skills, and tools to troubleshoot and conduct standard tests and interpretation of diagnostic results to solve computer networking problems (SLO #1)
- Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders such as end users, managers, and peers (SLO #2)
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in network setup, management, and security protocols (SLO #3)
- Build, monitor, and configure secure networks in on-premise and cloud enviroments (SLO #4)
- Assess cybersecurity risks and implement strategies to mitigate them (SLO #5)
- Identify professional and ethical practices and demonstrate skills in leadership and team building (SLO #6)
