• 3 - 6 - Spring 2022 Semester registration in person
• 7, Friday, 4:30 p.m. - Deadline to submit academic suspension appeals
• 10 - 11, Monday - Tuesday - College Convocation
• 12, Wednesday
  • 6 p.m. - Payment deadline: schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted 
  • First day to use bookstore credit - books may be purchased using bookstore credit for students who are eligible if financial aid has been processed and authorized for at least 48 hours
• 15, Saturday - CLASSES BEGIN; late registration begins
• 17, Monday - Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, no classes
• 19, Wednesday, 6 p.m. - Late registration ends / Final day to add courses, change sections, change from credit to audit or audit to credit / Last day for admission to the College for Semester 
• 25, Tuesday - Bookstore credit ends
• 26, Wednesday - Deadline for 100% tuition adjustment
• 31-  February 3 - Summer/Fall 2022 military registration only 

February

• 1, Tuesday - Official Fourteenth Class Day 
  • Last day to drop without “W” on student transcripts - by 12 noon in person and 4:30 p.m. online
  • Deadline for 50% tuition adjustment - after this date, no adjustments are given - students are responsible for full tuition and fee rates after this date, regardless or withdrawal or attendance
• 4, Friday - Summer/Fall 2022 online registration begins
• 25, Friday, 4:30 p.m. - Second deadline to apply for May graduation - after this day a “late fee” will be assessed

• 11, Friday, 4:30 p.m. - Final deadline to apply for May graduation
• 14, Monday - End of midterm exams
• 15, Tuesday, 1 p.m. - Midterm grading period ends / Final day for completion of Prior Learning Credits (Non-Traditional Credits) for Semester - 4:30 p.m.

April

• 4, Monday, 4:30 p.m. - First priority deadline to apply for December graduation
• 5, Tuesday - Final day for dropping courses with a “W” or withdrawing from College (4:30 p.m. in person; 12 midnight online)
• 14 - 17, Thursday - Sunday - Spring Holiday, no classes
• 25, Monday, 4:30 p.m. - Last day for reinstatement to be processed in Registrar’s office

May

• 2, Monday - Last day of class
• 3, Tuesday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of final exams
• 6, Friday, 11:59 p.m. - Final grades due for final exams given on Tuesday, May 3 and Wednesday, May 4
• 7, Saturday - Final exams for Saturday classes
• 9, Monday, 11:59 p.m. - Final grades due for final exams given on Thursday, May 5; Friday, May 6; and Saturday, May 7
• 10, Tuesday, 11 p.m. - End of final exams; final grades due for online courses

Spring 2022 Financial Aid Deadlines

The Financial Aid Spring Payment Period includes Regular Term, 8-Week Session 1, 4-Week Session 1, 8-Week Session 2, 4-Week Session 2, and MaySession.

• Friday, December 3 - 2021-2022 Priority FAFSA Deadline for Regular Term and 8-Week Session 1 - FAFSAs submitted by this date will be reviewed before first payment deadline.
• Thursday, December 16 - 2021-2022 Priority Financial Document Deadline for Regular Term and 8-Week Session 1 - All documents submitted by this deadline will be reviewed prior to the first payment deadline.
• Tuesday, February 1, 2022
  • Pell Recalculation Date (PRD) for Regular Term, F06 Term, and 8-Week Session 1 - Any student adding courses to Regular Term or 8-Week Session 1 will not receive Pell funding if added after the established PRD. Delgado disburses Pell Grant to students based on the number of credit hours the student is actively participating in (enrollment status) as of the PRD. Dropping from courses effects the amount of Pell Grant that will be disbursed to student’s accounts. Students are encouraged to see the Answer Center or Financial aid office prior to dropping any courses to understand the effect this will have on their Pell Grant.
    Please note: Students must be enrolled in 6 hours at the time their loan is disbursed. The PRD does not affect a student’s enrollment status for loan purposes.
  • Initial Disbursement Date for Regular Term, F06 Term, and 8-Week Session 1 - Refund process can take up to 14 business days before students receive refund. Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering loans to first-time borrowers until 30 days after the start of the payment period.
  • R2T4 Freeze Date for Regular Term, F06 Term, and 8-Week Session 1 - Financial aid will include all of the terms above when calculating a student’s total number of days in the enrollment period (the denominator of the Percentage of Aid Earned calculation) as long as the student has begun courses in these terms by this date. If a student enrolled in these terms after this date the term cannot be counted.
• Monday, February 14 - First Disbursement for First-time Loan Borrowers Enrolled in 6 Hours for the Fall Payment Period - Refunds take up to 14 business days before students receive refund.

• Friday, March 4 - Initial Disbursement Date for 4-Week Session 1 - Refund process can take up to 14 business days before students receive refund. Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering loans to first-time borrowers until 30 days after the start of the payment period.
