CULA 209 - Dining Room and Beverage Service

2 lecture hours, 2 lab hours, 3 credit hours
Front of house positions.  Table setting, service styles, proper service etiquette, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their service are taught in a simulated restaurant setting. Prerequisite(s): CULA 101 or HOST 101, and CULA 102, and CULA 103 or HOST 211, or permission of instructor.
