Designed for students who plan to enter the Science Laboratory Technology, A.A.S. degree program. Introduces students to opportunities available in the chemical field and the biotechnology field. Topics include career options, report writing, information searches, and laboratory safety. A brief overview of the chemical field and biotechnology is presented. May include field trips.
