MATH 030 - College Algebra Corequisite

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
For students who require additional support for MATH-130: College Algebra based on placement. This is a support course designed to help students develop strategies and skills needed for successful completion of MATH-130. The topics for support emphasis include: word problem deconstruction, math literacy, integers, order of operations, fractions, decimals, ratios and proportions, percentages, algebraic expressions, exponents, polynomials, basic factoring, learner equations, linear models, set operations, and an introduction to other topics, which may include transitional topics for college readiness.
