OCTA 202 - Group Skills

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
Fundamentals of interactive processes, communication, observation writing and group techniques. Dyadic, small group and large group planning are addressed. How these techniques can be used in a therapeutic setting for teaching activities and other application of treatment goals is stressed. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Course/Lab Fee $40
