RATH 232 - Dosimetry and Treatment Planning II

Presents the more complex aspects of therapeutic calculation and treatment planning. Course content explains factors that influence clinical planning of patient treatment. This includes isodose descriptions, patient contouring, dosimetric calcualtions, compensation and clinical application of treatment beams. Optimal treatment planning is emphasized, and particular beams, stereotactic and emerging technologies are presented. Course/Lab Fee $60
