Designed to safely and effectively improve cardiorespiratory function and muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance. Kick boxing techniques combined with aerobic exercise consisting of a warm-up phase, an aerobic phase, and a cool down (stretching phase). Course/Lab Fee $40
