HESC 100 - Essentials of Nursing Assisting

4 lecture hours, 6 lab hours, 6 credit hours
Focuses on preparing students to function in the role of a nursing assistant in hospitals, long-term care facilities and home health agencies. Upon successful completion, the student will be awarded a letter signifying completion of the course and will be eligible for certification as a nursing assistant by the state of Louisiana.
