VETT 207 - Avian and Exotic Animal Medicine2 lecture hours,1 lab hour, 2 credit hours A course designed to cover avian and exotic animal husbandry, handling, nursing skills, disease. and other relared topics, including but not limited to avian, rodents, rabbits, reptiles, amphibians, ferrets, and other exotic species that are kept as pets. Students will be introduced to various exotic species and the veterinary needs as they pertain to the duties of a veterinary technician. Prerequisite(s): VETT 157 and acceptance into Veterinary Program. Course/Lab Fee $65
