BUSL 195 - Legal Ethics

3 lecture hours, no lab hours, 3 credit hours
In-depth study of the Code of Professional Responsibility, legal ethics and necessary requirements for paralegals to properly function in the modern law office. Emphasis will be upon legal ethical consideration, disciplinary rules for attorneys and the relationship of the paralegal to the supervising attorney, the client, and the community. Prerequisite(s): BUSL 202.
