EMTE 217 - Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Clincal Practicum

No lecture hours, 6 lab hours, 1 credit hour
Introduction to Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) skills in the clinical setting. Time will be scheduled in the clinical environment on a weekly basis. Registered nurses, physicians, or paramedics will directly supervise the student in the delivery of AEMT level patient care according to state law. Corequisite(s): EMTE 215 and EMTE 216. Note(s): Skills are taught according to national standards. Before performing any procedures, graduates must verify that it is allowed by their medical director and by the governmental jurisdiction where they practice. Course/Lab Fee $40
