Important Dates (Academic Calendar)


Note: Priority Registration

March 17 - May 23, 2014 - Summer 2014 in person and online for new, continuing, transfer and re-admit students

May 15, 2014 - FAFSA must be processed by the federal government by this date.

May 23, 2014 - First FAFSA document deadline - all documents must be submitted by this date to be considered for an award letter and eligible for a bookstore credit.

16 Friday 4:30 p.m. Priority Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progression Appeals:  Appeal and supporting documentation must be submitted by deadline in order to be reviewed in time to secure classes (no bookstore credit).
23 Friday 4:30 p.m.

First FAFSA document deadline - all documents must be submitted by this date to be considered for an award letter and eligible for a bookstore credit.

30 Friday  4:30 p.m. Second FAFSA document deadline - all documents must be submitted by this date to be considered to secure classes, but will not provide a bookstore credit.

6 - 24     To apply for an educational loan to help pay the cost of attending school, you must have received a response to your FAFSA. The deadline to apply for a loan is June 24, 2013.

Official Seventh Class Day

Last day to drop a course without a “W” on academic record

Last day to receive 50% tuition adjustment. No adjustment available after this date.

Last day to apply for an educational loan to help pay the cost of attending school

Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering the proceeds of educational loans to first-time borrowers until 30 days after the start of classes. Therefore, student loan funds for first-time borrowers will not be disbursed to their accounts before July 2, 2014.
