Priority Registration for Summer 2015 Session

March 16 - May 22, 2015 - for new, continuing, transfer, and re-admit students

Financial Aid Deadlines for Summer 2015 Session

March 16 - April 17, 2015 - Summer 2015 in person for new, transfer and re-admit students

Friday, May 15, 2015 - FAFSA must be processed, completed, and received.

May 22, 2015 - First FAFSA document deadline - all documents must be submitted by the date to be considered for an award letter and eligible for a bookstore credit.

4 Thursday Final date to register, add courses, change sections, change from credit to audit, or audit to credit. Last date for admission to the College for the session.
5 - 24 Friday - Wednesday, 4:30 p.m. 2014 - 2015 FAFSA must be processed by June 30, 2015.
7 Sunday, 12 noon Last chance registration payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted.
8 - 15 Monday - Monday, 8 p.m. Nightly schedule purges - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted.
9   Last day for 100% tuition adjustment
15 Monday Official Seventh Class Day - last day to drop without “W” on student transcript
Last day for 50% tuition adjustment. Students are responsible for full tuition and fee rates after this date, regardless of withdrawal or attendance.

Payment plan installment due.
16 Tuesday, 6 p.m. First financial aid disbursement to LoLA student accounts refund process begins. The expected HigherOne refund date for this disbursement is June 25; however, refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Financial aid for all students who completed financial aid processing and are eligible for aid except first-time borrowers will be disbursed.

Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering the proceeds of educational loans to first-time borrowers until 30 days after the start of classes. Therefore, student loan funds for first-time borrowers will not be disbursed to their accounts before July 6, 2015

Fall 2015 Priority Satisfactory Academic Progression appeal application deadline - appeal and supporting documentation must be submitted by deadline in order to be reviewed.

First-time borrower disbursements to LoLA student accounts refund process begins. The expected HigherOne refund date for this disbursement is July 13; however, refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

All students who completed financial aid processing who are eligible for aid except first-time borrowers will be disbursed.
7 Tuesday, 6 p.m. Final day for dropping courses with a “W” or withdrawing from College
14 Tuesday, 6 p.m. Last date for reinstatements to be processed in Registrar’s Office

Second first-time borrower disbursements to LoLA student accounts refund process begins. The expected HigherOne refund date for this disbursement is July 27; however, refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Second Fall 2015  Satisfactory Academic Progression appeal application deadline - appeal and supporting documentation must be submitted by deadline in order to be reviewed in time to secure classes. Students who miss the appeal deadline must be prepared to pay the entire balance out of pocket, but can be reimbursed if appeal is approved.
