Financial Aid Deadlines for Summer 2017 Semester
- 2016-2017 Federal student grants/loans for students attending Summer semester priority FAFSA deadline to apply April 21, 2017.
- 2016-2017 Priority FAFSA Verification document submission deadline is April 28, 2017.
- 2016-2017 Summer Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progression Appeal Timeline: April 24 - May 12, 2017. Appeal and supporting documentation must be submitted by deadline in order to be reviewed in time to secure classes.

- 26, Friday, 3 p.m. - Payment deadline for in person regular registration
- 28, Sunday, 12 noon - Online payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 29, Monday - Memorial Day holiday, college closed
- 30, Tuesday - First day to use bookstore credit - books may be purchased using bookstore voucher for students who are eligible if financial aid has been processed and authorized for at least 48 hours

- 1, Thursday - Final date to register, add courses, change sections, change from credit to audit, or audit to credit / Last date for admission to the College for the session / Last day to enroll in the Summer Installment Plan
- 4, Sunday, 12 noon - Online payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 5 - 9, Monday - Friday, 8 p.m. – Nightly payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 6, Tuesday - Deadline for 100% tuition adjustment
- 7, Wednesday - Last day to use bookstore credit
- 12, Monday - Official Seventh Class Day (Census Day)
- 2 p.m. - Final payment deadline - schedules must be secured and/or paid to prevent being deleted
- 4:30 p.m. - Last date to drop without “W” on student transcripts
- Deadline for 50% tuition adjustment - after this date, no adjustments are given - students are responsible for full tuition and fee rates after this date, regardless or withdrawal or attendance.
- 14, Wednesday - First Financial Aid Disbursement to LoLA student accounts to begin refund process. The expected BankMobile refund date for this disbursement is June 22; however, refunds can take up to 14 school days to process. Federal regulations require that the College delay delivering the proceeds of educational loans to first-time borrowers until 30 days after the start of classes. Therefore, student loan funds for first-time borrowers will not be disbursed to their accounts until July 6, 2017.
- 19, Monday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of midterm exams
- 21, Wednesday - End of midterm exams
- 22, Thursday, 1 p.m. - Midterm grading period ends
- 26, Monday, 6 p.m. - Final day for dropping courses with a “W” or withdrawing from College

- 4, Tuesday - Independence Day holiday, no class
- 5, Wednesday, 6 p.m. - Last date for reinstatement to be processed in Registrar’s office
- 6, Thursday - disbursement date for first-time borrowers - The expected BankMobile refund date for this disbursement is July 13; however, refunds can take up to 14 school days to process. / Financial aid disbursement to LoLA student accounts to begin refund process (second disbursement) - refunds will take up to 14 school days to process
- 13, Thursday - Last day of class
- 17, Monday, 8 a.m. - Beginning of final exams / Disbursement date for first-time borrowers (second disbursement) - refunds can take up to 14 school days to process
- 19, Wednesday - End of final exams
- 20, Thursday - 1 p.m. - Final grading period ends; grade books due in divisional offices / 4:30 p.m. - End of Summer Session
